Vistar is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform shipping/receiving, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards across multi-temperature environments. The role supports efficient product flow and requires lifting up to 80 pounds and forklift operation as part of daily duties.
Responsibilities include following safety policies, preparing daily paperwork, managing pallet movements, and maintaining cleanliness.

Performs shipping and/or receiving functions in a timely manner. Maintain inventory and warehouse work areas, observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Required Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year
6 - 12 months of warehouse and/or distribution environment
Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
Able to work in a multi-temperature environment (dry, cooler, freezer)
Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift
Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally throughout shift
Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry
Pass pre-employment drug test
Preferred Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Preferred Experience: 1 - 3 Years
1-2 years of warehouse and/or distribution environment
Foodservice distribution or related industry experience
6+ months experience operating forklift and/or pallet jack
Preferred Professional Certification(s): OSHA Forklift operator certificate
