The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, the ability to lift 70 lbs, and experience in warehouse settings, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and management experience valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement and proactive communication.
• Implements employee development plans to ensure ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials and coaching for all department employees.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
