Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Seasonal supervisor to lead and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and teamwork, while fostering cooperation across levels.

You will coach staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive continual improvement. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced warehouse and flexibility in shift hours, with a focus on safe operations and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg)
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times, in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements development plans to ensure ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials, information, evaluations, and coaching for employees.
