Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a supervisory leader to oversee safety, training, and performance in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will develop and guide workgroups to achieve high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service, collaborating across levels to foster continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes coaching, shift coordination, safety compliance, resource management, and development planning to support a strong, safe team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed in all activities.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, evaluation, and coaching for employees.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies.
