Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication across departments.
• Implements employee development plans to support growth of department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, and coaching for all department employees.
