Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or otherwise eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Oversee orientation, skills, and safety training and evaluations for staff.
• Ensure safety policies are followed by all department employees.
