Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, productivity and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise, train and develop workgroups, setting high standards for accuracy, customer service, and safety.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs/32 kgs, flexible shifts up to 5 days per week, and a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to manage resources and drive continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in supervision or management is a plus.
