Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. You will establish high standards for accuracy, customer service, and efficiency while collaborating with multiple levels of the organization.

Role requires strong communication, leadership, and ability to lift 70 lbs. Prior management experience and a warehouse background are preferred. On-site position with daily responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Develop good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focusing on communication and cooperation.
• Implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations to staff.
