Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance. You will lead workgroups, set high standards for accuracy and customer service, and foster a culture of safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include training, coaching, and resource management to maximize output while maintaining compliance with all policies and regulations. A strong candidate has a degree, solid communication skills, and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kg.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days/week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
