The role requires strong leadership, training, and the ability to manage resources while upholding policy and compliance. This position emphasizes teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement across all levels of the department.

Qualificações

• Must be a U.S. citizen or National or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
