Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions in Springdale, AR seeks a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, training and productivity across workgroups. You will set high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication while fostering a proactive, cooperative culture.

You will lead department resources, implement development plans, and ensure proper orientation and coaching for staff. This role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am–12:00pm, with required compliance and team support.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Experience in warehouse or production environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
