Job summary

UPS in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to lead workgroups and develop staff while maintaining safety, production and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Flexibility to work a varying shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensures orientation and safety training for all department personnel.
