Internal Revenue Service in Bloomington, IL (with postings also for Detroit, MI and Ogden, UT) seeks Seasonal Warehouse Support staff. Work hours are set, with tours of duty across multiple shifts, 8-10 months season length, and non-pay status periods as workload dictates.

Responsibilities include handling heavy materials with forklifts/pallet jacks, stacking boxes, assembling mail trays, and preparing shipments.

Qualificações

• There is no substitution of education for experience for Wage Grade (WG) positions.

Responsabilidades

• Uses weight-handling equipment including fork-lifts and/or pallet jacks and moves forms, supplies, equipment and finished mail to and from a warehouse or staging area.
• Delivers positions and stacks boxes, trays, and pallets of materials safely and effectively in storage and work areas.
• Operates packaging equipment such as banding, shrink wrap machines, straps, and wraps packages, mail trays, and pallets for shipment.
• Loads stock in staging areas and inserts equipment according to established procedures.
• Assembles mail trays onto pallets for shipment according to established procedures.
