Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate II to support our Reading, PA distribution center. The role is a seasonal, 90-day assignment with Sunday-Wednesday shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM and a pay rate of $19.57 per hour.

You will handle order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and shipping within our automated system. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment (certified), maintaining a clean workstation, training new hires, and meeting safety and KPI standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery (certification may be required).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory.
• Flexible with varying start times; overtime possible.
• Work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately fill customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product to meet safety, security, accuracy, and productivity standards.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (certification required).
• Follow KPI targets for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
• Monitor and train new hires to ensure productivity and quality.
