Job summary

S&S Activewear in Reading, PA is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate II to efficiently fill customer orders, replenish stock, and support shipping and receiving. Work involves operating warehouse equipment and adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently & accurately fill customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product to standards.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (certification may be required).
• Meet KPI targets for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, or missing packages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Distribution Center.
• Monitor and train new hires for productivity and quality.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
