DFTBA is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Packer in Missoula, MT. This full-time, hourly role supports the busy season from mid-September through mid-December and reports to the Fulfillment Manager. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders with attention to accuracy and speed.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work well with teams to meet daily deadlines. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and proactive communication.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Warehouse experience not required but a plus.
• Commitment during peak season Sep–Dec 2026.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products and verify quantities.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment and Inventory teams to package orders for shipment.
• Assist in inventory control and quality checks as needed.
