• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency with minimal errors.
• Strong team player with good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read English safety rules and operating instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push heavy cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of book fairs by packing cases, boxes and displays.
• Demonstrate proficiency in packing all components and sub-components.
• Meet production, accuracy and quality standards for the work performed.
• Ensure outbound merchandise is clean, safe and in good condition.
• Assist in processing returned book fairs and inventory levels.
• Learn scanner proficiency for replenishment and location inquiries.
• Assist in picking and packing customer reorders.
• Maintain a neat, safe and organized work area at all times.
• Participate in seasonal inventory resets and physical inventory.
• Operate pallet jacks post-training and adhere to safety policies.
