Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Operator for our Flex Manufacturing Program in Wisconsin. The role is part-time with flexible hours and a shift run from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with typical weekly hours between 16 and 29.

This position supports inbound/outbound deliveries and final product packaging with forklift use. Safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential as you join our warehousing team to help ensure on-time delivery and accurate staging.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders: select products, palletize, shrink-wrap, stage for delivery.

Job description

Seasonal Warehouse Operator Flex Pay: $26.50 per hour Shift & Working Hours: 9:00 AM-2:30 PM Monday through Friday.

This role will be active until January 1, 2027.

This role is part of our Flex Manufacturing Program.

This is part-time role with flexible hours, where you can choose your schedule.

Typical hours worked per week will usually be between 16-29 hours, but this may vary based on location.

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products.

You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations, including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
• Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime
