The role focuses on coaching, training, and developing staff, ensuring compliance with safety policies, managing department resources for efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
