The Seasonal Warehouse Operations Coordinator plays an important role in keeping our warehouse operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly, especially during our busiest time of year.
In this role, you’ll support the Operations team's day-to‑day needs through reporting, scheduling, payroll coordination, vendor communication, and administrative support. You’ll work closely with warehouse leaders and team members, as well as partners across Uncommon Goods, to solve problems, keep information accurate, and adjust quickly as business needs change.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with both people and data, notices the details, and likes figuring out how to make things work better. Our warehouse moves quickly, particularly during the holiday season, so flexibility, organization, and a calm approach to changing priorities are important.
