Job summary

Saltbox is seeking Seasonal Member Specialists to work on the warehouse floor during peak season 2026. You’ll handle floor operations, including receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping inventory, while supporting Saltbox members with their logistics needs.

You’ll join a supportive team, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and timely service, during a period of high order volume. Prior shipping/receiving or inventory experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific member requests with care.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment during the busy season.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
• Enthusiasm for supporting small businesses and getting involved in hands-on work.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and place inventory so members can always find what they need.
• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time to keep members on track.
• Monitor the delivery dock and help unload trucks as needed.
• Support members with day-to-day logistics tasks and projects, adapting to their needs.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with members, who are small business owners in their busiest season.
• Show up on time and ready to work, following safety standards and member instructions.
