Job summary

UPS seeks a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance in a warehouse setting. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.

You will foster cross-functional collaboration, coach staff, and ensure compliance with department and corporate requirements while driving continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
