Job summary

UPS seeks a supervisor to lead a workgroup focused on safety, production, and attendance in a fast-moving warehouse. You will train staff, build strong relationships with employees and customers, and drive accuracy and efficiency while maintaining high standards and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or National or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.

• Ensures orientation, training, materials, and evaluations are provided.
