Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to lead and develop workgroups in a busy warehouse environment. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, accuracy, and superior customer service across all levels of the organization.

You will train new and existing staff, manage resources for maximum output, and promote a positive team culture with proactive communication. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation and safety.
• Builds positive, team-oriented workplace and fosters proactive communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Manages department resources for maximum output and efficiency.
• Implements development plans and targeted training for continuous growth.
• Ensures consistent orientation, skills training, and regular evaluations for personnel.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
