UPS in Edison, New Jersey, is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance. You will lead workgroups, set high performance standards, and foster productive relationships across the organization.

The role emphasizes employee development, proactive coaching, and compliance with all safety policies and regulations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures department resources are managed to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
