Job summary

UPS is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in our warehouse. You will supervise, train, develop, and build effective workgroups while maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.

You will establish strong relationships with employees, management and customers, coordinate training, ensure compliance with policies, manage resources for maximum output and foster a proactive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent is preferred.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
