Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to support both our warehouse and customer service teams during the holiday season. This is a part-time role with evening and weekend availability, starting August/September with dates that may vary by need.

You will prepare and ship inventory, assist with warehouse operations, and provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Comfortable driving a Box Truck or Cargo Van.
• Forklift certification is preferred; on-site training is available for candidates without current certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations, including packing and shipping outbound shipments.
• Receive and inventory shipments and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional, timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
