Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor in Round Rock, TX to lead safety, production, and attendance. The role emphasizes high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and teamwork across levels of personnel.

You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups while promoting proactive communication and continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and management experience is a plus.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts up to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, and evaluations are conducted for staff.
• Maintains ongoing compliance with department, station, corporate and local requirements.
