Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Clerk (Part Time) to join the South Brunswick, NJ distribution center on site. The role supports safety initiatives, reporting, and load coordination across the DC operations.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and have basic RF scanner experience, strong attention to detail, and customer service experience to excel in a fast-paced environment. Opportunities for growth exist within supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 months’ experience with RF scanners.
• This is an onsite and in-office role.
• Ability to multitask and be detailed on all reports and communications.
• Customer service experience required.
• PKMS/HUBM/CCUI systems experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge—Outlook, Excel, and Access.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, able to work under pressure and be a fast learner.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team; perform various duties as needed.
• Availability to work full-time schedule which may include weekends or holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and cultivate safety culture across the company.
• Gather information, prepare, update, and publish DC reports.
• Close Pool, OT, and Furniture loads as needed.
• Close UPS manifests as needed.
• Research and publish OS&D reports as needed.
• Assist Lead with load planning as needed.
