Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal PZ Clerk at our Olive Branch, MS distribution center. The role supports daily warehouse operations, safety practices, and data reporting while collaborating across departments.

The position runs Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00pm–3:00am, offering opportunities to gain skills and advance within a leading home furnishings retailer. Prior office software experience is helpful and a strong work ethic is required.

Responsabilités

• Promote safety and uphold Williams-Sonoma values across the team.
• Assist with gathering, updating, and publishing DC reports.
• Close Pool, OT, and Furniture loads; close UPS manifests as needed.
• Research and publish OS&D reports when required.
• Support load planning alongside the Lead.

The PZ Seasonal Clerk position is located in Olive Branch, MS.

The shift is Wednesday - Saturday 5:00pm - 3:00am.

You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will

• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company
• Utilize Williams Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments
• Gather information, prepare, update, and publish DC reports
• Close Pool, OT, and Furniture loads as needed
• Close UPS manifests as needed
• Ability to research and publish OS&D reports as needed
• Assist Lead with load planning as needed

• Basic understanding of Direct to Customer (DTC ) process of Supply Chain Management

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
