Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Coppell, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Operation Christmas Child team on a seasonal, associate/temporary basis this holiday season. The role supports processing and shipping of shoebox gifts and involves lifting heavy loads, teamwork, and volunteer coordination.

Shifts run 1st and 2nd, with a pay rate of $20 per hour; ideal candidates are reliable, English-speaking, and able to move 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment to advance OCC's mission.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be a team player and work well with volunteers.
• Experience with inventory, pallet jack operations and loading/unloading processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the safe movement, loading, unloading, and organization of materials throughout the Processing Center while performing constant lifting of 50+ pounds to support an efficient operation and the ministry of Operation Christmas Child.
• Load and unload shipping containers and facilitate the efficient movement of materials for processing purposes with safety for volunteers, associates, and products.
• Inventory and quality control tasks to support OCC Processing Center policies and procedures.
