S&S Activewear is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate II (Truck Unloader) in Reading, PA. The role focuses on maintaining organized workstations and streamlining product flow within our automated system.

You will train with new hires, handle receiving and replenishment, and ensure orders are packed to shipping standards. This is a full-time, non-exempt, onsite position suitable for individuals seeking steady seasonal work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without accommodation.
• Basic math skills and ability to count accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Flexible with start times and able to work overtime when needed.
• Able to work independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate all material handling equipment needed for the role (order picker cart).
• Perform daily safety inspections for all equipment used.
• Use RF scanners and tablets for data collection.
• Perform discrepancy counts and cycle counts as assigned.
• Unload/Load trailers and assist elsewhere in the department.
• Maintain productivity targets (CPH) and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Provide support to other functions within the department as needed.
