Job summary

Duluth Trading Company in Belleville, WI is hiring a Warehouse Associate. Start as soon as next week after interview and background check. Earn $18.00/hour base with a peak holiday premium of $1.00/hour during 11/23–12/20/2026.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to stand/walk for the shift and lift heavy items.
• Physical strength to frequently lift 30 lbs, with more frequent 40 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull carts or pallets up to 500 lbs.
• Flexible scheduling options and availability to meet peak periods.
• U.S. work authorization is required to work at this location.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack gear for online orders heading across the country.
• Keep products moving smoothly and efficiently through the warehouse.
• Restock primary warehouse bin locations to support fast fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and energized work environment for the team.
