Duluth Trading Company is hiring at its Belleville, WI location for a Warehouse Associate. The role pays a base of $18.00/hour with an additional Peak Holiday Premium of $1.00/hour from Nov 23 to Dec 20, 2026, and offers a 40% employee discount plus flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include picking and packing gear for online orders, moving products efficiently, restocking bins, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Ability to stand/walk the shift and lift up to 50 lb is required.

Qualifications

• No distribution/warehouse experience required.
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week.
• Walk or stand for your entire shift.
• Lift 30 lbs on average, 40 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Candidates may be subject to pre-employment background checks and drug testing.
