OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Richmond, VA. The role involves unloading, sorting, and loading packages, with shifts Wednesday through Sunday, early mornings, and overtime as needed. Earn $16.00/hr with weekly pay and seasonal bonuses; uniforms and training provided.

This temporary position runs 11/07/2026 through 01/01/2027. You must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass pre-employment checks. No previous warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during shift.
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments in warehouse settings.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
