Job summary

Bloomingdale's Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Colleague to join our Supply Chain team and support online orders for Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s customers.

Full-time schedules typically run 30+ hours per week with some variation by business needs. You will operate PCs, handheld devices, RF scanners and basic warehouse equipment while working with teammates to ensure safe, accurate handling of goods.

Qualifications

• No formal education or prior experience required.
• Ability to read and understand policies in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate and learn warehouse equipment and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading merchandise in a safe, accurate manner.
• Operate PCs and handheld devices and learn area-specific warehouse systems.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet goals and uphold safety.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful work environment with colleagues and customers.
