Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal warehouse position in Stoneham, MA. The role involves unloading, sorting, and loading packages, often lifting up to 50 pounds, with shifts early morning. A 4–5 day work week totaling about 25–30 hours is typical, with weekly pay and a seasonal bonus opportunity.

No warehouse experience is required as training is provided. Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to work non-standard hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Able to repeatedly lift packages and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for heavier packages up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain an organized workspace and assist packages to reach their destination safely.
• Stand or walk for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks during shifts.
