Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Union, NJ to load/unload, stock, and prepare orders in a fast-paced environment with overtime during peak season (Oct 25–Dec 31, 2026).

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 49 lbs, and operate a forklift/pallet jack. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; refrigeration experience is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
Overtime may be required during peak season.
Experience in a refrigerated warehouse is preferred.
Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Load and unload delivery vehicles.
Select products from the warehouse and prepare pallets.
Move inventory to delivery area and store stock in designated positions.
Inspect inventory for damage and faults.
Count and confirm inventory and communicate discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Operate forklift, reach truck, and electric pallet jack as required.
Follow safety rules and procedures.
