What’s Expected?
To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members begin will begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We have a wide range of products tied to our US Cargo Control , Fasteners Plus , and Ecofoil brands.
All team members must adhere to the safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.
You will be expected to drive our culture forward by holding yourself and others accountable to achieve great results through alignment with Clickstop’s Core Values and Code . These are the specific behaviors that you must excel in:
