Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse environment that involves frequent standing, walking,reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Employees mustbe able to lift and move boxes and merchandise throughout the workday. Close vision,depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are necessary for quality-control andproduction tasks.

The warehouse environment can also be loud at times, including regular music playbackand operational noise typical of a production and fulfillment space. Applicants should becomfortable working in an energetic, active environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to regularly lift 25+ pounds and occasionally lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable operating or learning to operate warehouse equipment, includingpallet jacks (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Familiarity with Eighth Generation’s values and mission

Salary & Benefits

$21.30 hourly
