Job summary

Pandora AME Operations in Maryland is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. Shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with competitive hourly pay and paid training.

You will receive, sort, inspect, and prepare merchandise, perform data entry for inventory, assist with packing and housekeeping, and help meet daily productivity goals. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in warehousing, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, distribution, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic math skills and comfort working with inventory or tracking systems.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process returned or incoming merchandise in a warehouse environment.
• Inspect products for condition, accuracy, and quality based on established guidelines.
• Prepare items for resale, storage, or next processing stage, including cleaning and labeling.
• Perform basic data entry and tracking to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Support inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing, sorting, and material handling.
• Participate in special projects and peak-volume support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Pandora’s Omni Operations team plays a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience by ensuring product quality, accuracy, and timely processing across our distribution network.

The Seasonal Warehouse Assistant supports our Warehouse Operations, helping process merchandise while maintaining Pandora’s high standards of quality and care. This is a hands‑ on role ideal for individuals who are detail‑ oriented and thrive in a fast‑ paced warehouse environment.

Your Role as a Seasonal Warehouse Assistant:

• Receive, sort, and process returned or incoming merchandise in a warehouse environment

What is needed to succeed:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Basic math skills and comfort working with inventory or tracking systems


• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast ‑ paced environment


• Team ‑ oriented mindset with a professional attitude


• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds as needed


• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical tasks safely


• Availability to work Saturday shifts as needed

Maryland Pay Rate:

$19.50 per hour
