Fissco Supply is seeking a reliable Seasonal Warehouse team member at our Tyler, Texas location. This temporary role supports receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, helping maintain inventory flow and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing transfers, order picking, shipping preparation, returns handling, freight claims, and warehouse housekeeping. Candidates should have warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; forklift

• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work a seasonal/temporary shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming products from transfers and replenish stock.
• Pick and stage will-call orders to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare outgoing orders and meet shipping cut-off times.
• Handle customer returns per guidelines and reference documentation.
• Document freight claims when needed.
• Prepare hazmat orders per DOT and company rules.
• Replenish showroom inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Support loading/pick-up at the service counter during peaks.
• Operate forklift or other equipment safely as trained.
• Participate in safety, product, and training activities as required.

Fissco Supply is seeking a reliable Seasonal Warehouse team member for the Tyler, Texas location. The Seasonal Warehouse role is a temporary role for our stores during peak times. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse. You will play a key role in maintaining the flow of products, supporting supply chain operations, and contributing to the overall customer satisfaction. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent time management are essential to meet delivery schedules and warehouse organization standards.

Responsibilities

• Process and receive incoming products from branch transfers to fulfill specific customer orders or replenish stock
• Ability to pick and stage will-call orders to achieve customer's expectations
• Accurately picks, prepares, and processes outgoing shipping orders accurately to meet shipping cutoff times
• Process and handle customer returns in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring original documentation is accurately referenced
• Ability to document and file freight claims when necessary
• Prepares all hazmat orders in accordance with all DOT and company requirements
• Replenish and maintain showroom inventory
• Maintain inventory for shipping supplies, postage, and packaging materials
• Ensure the Branch is kept clean including floors, common areas, and bathrooms
• Ability to support warehouse housekeeping such as bin maintenance, fronting, overstock, dust control, maximizing cube space, and keeping the aisles clear
• Support customer service by assisting customers with pick up and loading orders
• Support will-call service as needed to maintain a high level of customer service
• Actively participates in all assigned regulatory, product, selling, etc. training
• Ability to provide backup support at the service counter during peak service times
• Ability to safely operate a forklift or other machinery in order to complete daily tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, such as a forklift and pallet jacks
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a team environment
• Ability to apply basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse safety procedures
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, often up to 50 pounds
