Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a part-time seasonal Grounds Laborer Wagon Master for the Winter Park resort. The role includes snow removal, wagon maintenance, and guest assistance, with a flexible 3-4 day per week schedule and possible extra hours during peak times.

Must be 18+, have a valid Colorado driver’s license, and be able to work five days weekly including weekends and holidays. Prior driving and small equipment experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid Colorado driver's license.
• Ability to work five days per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain public relations.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow and ice buildup from wagons and wagon areas.
• Operate a Japanese mini truck/side by side with trailer.
• Repair and clean wagons regularly.
• Respond to guest and employee concerns in a timely, courteous manner.
• Adhere to safety procedures and participate in equipment training.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
