Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners seeks a motivated Deli or Waffle Cabin Attendant at Purgatory Resort in Durango, CO. The role covers preparing deli items, serving guests, and ensuring quality while maintaining a fast-paced service environment.

You’ll handle deli duties, work with team members to deliver a high standard of food and guest experience, and support during peak hours. Seasonal position with benefits and a friendly work culture.

Qualifications

• Prior deli/food service experience preferred.
• Know deli products and prep techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble deli items and salads.
• Slice, portion and package deli meats and cheeses.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations.
• Maintain clean and organized deli area and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed.
• Operate deli equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
