This hourly role focuses on deterrence, observation, and timely reporting of suspicious activity in a designated area. You will greet customers warmly, assist with shopping, and maintain a welcoming environment while protecting assets and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and achieving store objectives.
• Ability to identify suspicious activities and report them promptly.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and move items as required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent visual theft deterrence and monitor for suspicious activity.
• Greet and assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Serve as a visible presence in designated areas to deter theft.
