Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions to promote growth, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Use instructional techniques to meet needs and improve student-athletes’ abilities.
• Build and foster an inclusive, positive culture for sustainable success.
• Determine game strategy based on team capabilities.
• Enforce student discipline during contests, practices, and trips off school property.
• Encourage sportsmanlike conduct in all phases of athletic participation.
