Job summary

LAZ Parking in Costa Mesa is seeking a Valet Attendant for the seasonal part-time role (November 2026 through December 2026) at South Coast Plaza. Greet customers, park and retrieve cars with care, and provide friendly service.

Work hours range 20-30 per week, with shifts between 9:30am and 11:00pm, including weekends. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be able to drive manual transmission, and bring 2+ years of valet experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years driving experience with valid license.

• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

• Location: South Coast Plaza (Costa Mesa, CA)
• Pay Rate: $17.40/hr + Cash tips
• Hours: Part - Time Seasonal November 2026 - End of December 2026 (20-30 hours/week)
• Shifts: can range between the hours of 9:30am-11:00pm - MUST be able to work weekends
• Requirements: 2+ years Driver's license, ability to drive manual transmission (stick shift) and ***must have previous Valet Experience.

A LAZ Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival, and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. What Will I Do?

• Park and retrieve cars like a champ. This means carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.
• Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, all with a smile on your face!
• Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision.
• Promote awesome customer relations. Smile, go above and beyond, make them love LAZ Parking the moment they meet you.

What would we like you to bring to the team?

• Strong customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license required with 2+ years of driving experience.

Education:

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
