Job summary

Novir is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Medical Assistant or EMT with 3+ years of clinical experience to support onsite vaccination clinics across Florida’s senior living communities. This PRN, seasonal role offers flexible shifts and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse/Medical Assistant program or current, active Florida license or EMT certification
• 3+ years of LPN/MA/EMT experience
• Strong patient-facing and communication skills
• Experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to connect with elderly populations and support individualized care needs
• Basic computer proficiency (EMR systems, email, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic site

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations in onsite clinic settings
• Provide a welcoming, professional experience for residents
• Answer questions and deliver compassionate patient care
• Accurately document vaccinations in TRACK (EMR platform)
• Assist with clinic setup, breakdown, and team support
