Job summary

Novir seeks a qualified LPN/MA/EMT to administer vaccinations in onsite clinics across North Carolina. You will deliver compassionate patient care, document in TRACK EMR, and support clinic setup and operations in a flexible PRN seasonal schedule (Sept–Dec).

Ideal candidates have 3+ years’ LPN/MA/EMT experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel between sites. NC license or appropriate certification is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN/MA program or current NC license or EMT certification.
• 3+ years of LPN/MA/EMT experience.
• Strong patient-facing and communication skills.
• Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (EMR systems, email, etc.).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic sites.

Responsibilities

Schedule: PRN, Monday - Friday, flexible shifts (typically 6:00 AM–6:00 PM)

This is a seasonal role with Orientations beginning in September for clinics that are scheduled September through December.

• Strong patient-facing and communication skills
• Experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to connect with elderly populations and support individualized care needs
• Basic computer proficiency (EMR systems, email, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic site

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Wear PPE as required
