Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking enthusiastic bartenders for a temporary onsite seasonal position from November 2026 through March 2027. Ideal candidates will have prior upscale bartending experience, be at least 21, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Some serving shifts may be required.

Bartendersare responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunities for casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on one’s style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will understand state and local serving guidelines.

While this role is primarily focused on bartending, some serving shifts may be required as part of the position.

Licenses & Certifications:
